I have tried many joint supplements over the years and this product has made the biggest difference of all. I have young horses whose joints are growing and developing and they are moving beautifully with this product. Highly highly recommended!

Swift delivery. Pleased with it so far but a bit early to be able to say on the long term effects

Recommended this by a friend and have put my older boy who suffers from arthritis and my younger boy who has a ligament injury. Only been feeding recently but is a very good price and a recognised product.

Nutrition Information

Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM) provides a source of Sulphur, a necessary component for the production of collagen. Sulphur is found in high concentrations in the connective tissues, essential for fluid mobility and healthy joints. MSM helps to support normal inflammatory responses, and can also be found in skin and respiratory health supplements, as well as in hoof supplements as Sulphur is necessary for the integrity of the hoof wall by bonding protein strands in the hoof.

Composition

MSM (Methyl sulphonyl methane)

Crude protein 3.0%, Crude oils & fats <0.1%, Crude fibre <0.1%, Crude ash 0.1%, Sodium <0.01%, Moisture 99.8%

What does MSM stand for?

MSM is an abbreviation of Methylsulphonylmethane.

How does MSM work to support joints?

MSM provides dietary sulphur which is important for building collagen. MSM has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and the results are greater for supporting joints when combined with Glucosamine. If you are looking for a comprehensive joint supplement, Best-Flex HA® provides the highest levels of joint supporting nutrients available on the market.

Why would I feed MSM on its own, rather than in a comprehensive joint supplement?

You can feed MSM to help with various issues, such as supporting the respiratory tract, encouraging healthy hoof growth, and to aid tendon strength. If you are looking at feeding MSM for joint support we would recommend that you look at one of our main range joint supplements, such as Flexmaine 10:10, ExtraFlex HA with Rosehips or Best-Flex HA®.
