Delivery took slightly longer than previously and than expected at 7 days and needed to chase with customer services (hence 4*s) but the product seems to making a real difference to my sensitive TB, he seems much more settled.

This product definitely works! I could see a difference in a few days with our girthy pony who has recently recovered from ulcers. She seems happier and more settled so will continue to use!

Takes a few weeks to start having an effect. Beware if your horse is a fussy eater. The product specifies to top dress the feed with this supplement and keep it as dry as possible. It’s a white powder and my horse is reluctant to eat it at times

My horse is so much relaxed on this product. After having treatment for ulcers. As you can see in my photo he’s walking passed road works, they were drilling.

Has made such a difference to my horse.

She is an internal worrier so I tried this on an off chance it might soothe her a bit. I have gone from never ever being able to catch her without food to catching her with ease

This product has turned my grumpy teenager mare into a comfortable easy going happy 24/7 every day of the week and month kind of lady that we used to know when she was not as old or twitchy... Perfect for those grouchy hormones - who loves her jumping and flying round once again

Feeding Guide

Weight of Horse/Pony Amount per feed
Up to 400kg ½ scoop
Over 400kg 1 scoop

1 level (50ml) scoop of Gastric Comfort™weighs approximately 32g

Feed with each meal up to a maximum of three times per day to help maintain a healthy gastric environment.

Gastric Comfort™should be added immediately prior to feeding, keeping the supplement as dry as possible, otherwise effectiveness may be lost.

Avoid feeding large concentrate meals (pellets, mixes and grains). Instead feed little and often throughout the day, especially concentrate feeds. Always feed at least 1.5% of your horse's body weight per day as fibrous forage (for a 500kg horse feed at least 7.5kg of fibre per day). Horses showing signs of excess acid should have continuous access to forage.

Feed supplements should be fed according to body weight. Introduce to the horse's diet gradually, splitting between feeds (when applicable).

Gastric Comfort™is a complementary feeding stuff for equine animals. Feedmark uses nothing in the formulation of this product that contravenes competition rules.
