I absolutely love this supplement, my mare suffers with allergies especially going into the spring and this has been the only supplement that clears her airways & prevents her cough. Highly recommend!

Bought Clarity for one of my horses who developed a non productive cough following a dusty batch of hay. Within a few days the cough had pretty much disappeared and now in week 2.5 she isn’t coughing at all. I did also change the hay but this happened last year with a dusty bale and I didn’t think to try Clarity or any supplements at the time but got her checked out by the vet and after finding nothing worrying on a scope and a course of steroids her cough stopped, I’ve not had to go down this route this time as Clarity has worked so well and the cough has gone 😊

My pony unfortunately came down with flu (despite being fully vaccs) a couple of years ago and although recovered well it has had a slight affect on her breathing. I started feeding clarity through the summer last year and it's made a noticable difference both in her stable and when she's worked.

Clarity I’ve used twice now once for my old pony years ago when he was recovering from resp infection I’ve now just started my mare who is also recovering from resp infection on it and she’s not coughing in the mornings now at all. 👌

My horse was diagnosed with COPD about two years ago. I was recommended Clarity to help manage the condition and since his original diagnosis I have been very pleased with the results. By adding it to his feed each day his coughing has been minimal which is a huge relief. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Nutrition Information

Horses are natural athletes with a staggering ability to take in oxygen and deliver it via the lungs to working muscles. In a healthy horse, the respiratory tract supplies all the body's tissues with enough oxygen and copes with the increased demand for oxygen associated with exercise. The horse's airways are highly specialised to ensure efficient function and to protect them from environmental irritants. Their defences include a lining of tiny hair-like cilia and a thin layer of mucus which traps particles and stops them from travelling deep into the lungs, and specialised cells called macrophages which engulf tiny particles that have made it right down into the alveoli, deep within the lungs.

Clarity® helps to keep your horse’s respiratory tract in good health and allows your horse to perform at their optimum level. The addition to the horse's diet of Garlic, beneficial herbs such as Liquorice, and antioxidants that help to neutralise free radicals, have been shown to support the horse’s respiratory system and target healthy lung function. Traditionally used herbs such as Thyme, Elderflower and Coltsfoot help to soothe the respiratory tract, whilst Oregano and Lemon peel helps to keep the airways clear.

This allows the horse to breath clearly even when external challenges such as dust and pollen are present, a problem that is increasingly common under today’s management practices. We recommend that you follow correct management practices to keep housing as dust-free and well ventilated as possible and feed Clarity® daily for optimum respiratory health.
