I have used Clitheroe"s Garlic for over forty years now on my different ponies. The ponies have always loved it. It is brilliant for disguising any other products that might have to be taken. I did try another brand of garlic once but it was not as good as Clitheroe. I would certainly recommend using this product.

My horses eat this product easily. I cannot say if or how it actually is of benefit but they like it.

A MUST have now the weather is warmer! I always buy the granuals it's palatable for my horse which she loves and helps keep those pesky flies and other flying bugs away.

My horse loves the Clithero garlic. It helps to conceal the flavour of any other medication she may need to take It helps also to repel flies and midges.

Garlic (Allium sativum) is commonly fed to horses and ponies, and is one of the most beneficial herbs available due to its powerful health promoting properties, thought to be due mainly to Sulphur compounds within the garlic, which have supportive effects on the digestive, circulatory and respiratory systems.

Garlic is believed to contain more than twenty-five substances that combat germs and give strong support to the immune system. Clitheroe’s Garlic™ granules are made by drying and chopping the Garlic cloves in a unique process, retaining the supportive properties of Garlic, and are highly palatable.

Feeding Guide

Weight of Horse/Pony	Amount per day
Up to 250kg	¾ scoop
250kg - 400kg	1 scoop
400kg - 600kg	1 ½ scoops
Over 600kg	2 scoops

1 level (50ml) scoop of Clitheroe's Garlic™ weighs approximately 35g

Feed supplements should be fed according to body weight. Introduce to the horse's diet gradually, splitting between feeds (when applicable).
