Conditions of Use

1.      General

 

We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies. Recommendations for usage of product explicit or implied, specifically excludes claims to treat cure or alleviate medical conditions for equines or any other species for which veterinary advice would ordinarily be sought.

In such situations you are advised to contact a suitably qualified veterinary practitioner and seek advice on treatment. These terms and conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. They cannot be varied except where in writing and signed by a Director of Feedmark Limited.

 

2.      Delivery

 

All orders placed online or by telephone are dispatched on the same or next working day (Monday through Friday) with delivery expedited by APC, Royal Mail or any other carrier appointed by the company. Order tracking on APC deliveries can be undertaken using the carrier's ship identity. If you placed your order online we will send your tracking number by email.

Otherwise you can obtain tracking numbers by calling Feedmark on 0800 585 525 during office hours. These are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Weekends 10am to 4pm; (we are closed for business on four days annually: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday). At all other times Feedmark’s Customer Service Team will always be pleased to assist.

We aim for next working day delivery if your order is placed before 4.30pm, for Original Range products and before 3pm if you are subscribing to Formulate! and If you are located in the Scottish Highland and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Island, or the Channel Isles delivery may take longer. If you do not receive your order please report it missing by contacting Feedmark on 0800 585 525 or email [email protected]. After 14 days we are unable to trace/track any parcel not reported missing so please ensure you have reported any missing parcels within this time.

If you have purchased our product Bespoke All-In-One™ for the first time it will be dispatched the next working day unless you have specifically requested another date. If your subscription is already running, your Bespoke All-In-One™ will automatically be dispatched after your next payment date. You can only make amends to your product up to seven days before your dispatch date.

Regrettably we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

3.      Payment

 

If you have subscribed to Bespoke All-In-One™, Feedmark will continue to take payment on a monthly basis until you pause or cancel your subscription payment. To cancel your subscription, log into your online account at feedmark.com and select 'Cancel'. You can cancel your subscription up to seven days before your next order is due for delivery.

If you reformulate your supplement by amending your horse’s formulation or their details, this may affect the amount of your next subscription payment. You will be notified of this when you change your horse’s bodyweight or in the basket area or if you add or remove the supplementary options in your Bespoke All-In-One™

Feedmark will automatically take payment every every month before your next delivery. If your payment is declined, Feedmark will contact you to notify you.

Feedmark reserves the right to change prices of its products at any time. If you have an active subscription for Bespoke All-In-One™ these price changes would impact upon your next subscription payment.

 

Credit card safety

Feedmark.com and our secure payment service providers, use the latest technology to protect your credit card and personal information. Neither party releases information to any outside organisation, other than in the verification of payment details with banking organisations or PayPal. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions). Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

 

Secure transactions

Feedmark.com intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via e-mail. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. If you have any questions, or would like further clarification, please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

4.      Communication and marketing

 

To become a customer of Feedmark you will need to provide us with your First name, surname, invoice address, delivery address, email, telephone number, details about your horse (depending on the product you buy) payment and delivery details, to help us process and deliver your order. By doing so you agree to Feedmark contacting you about your order.

Feedmark may also wish to contact to send you marketing communications to keep you informed about our latest news and offers or to show you relevant advertising. These communications are optional and will only be sent to you if you have consented to receive them. You can do this via the communication preferences in ‘My Account’. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us you can also opt out, or request for your information to be amended or deleted by contacting us at 0800 585 525 or [email protected]

 

5.      Feedmark.com privacy guarantee

 

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, or personal information to any third party.  Please see our Privacy Policy for full information.

 

6.      Returns and cancellation

 

Should you be unhappy with your order we offer a money back guarantee on tubs only. Should you need to return a product you have purchased, please contact us on 0800 585 525 or email [email protected]

To receive a refund on supplements in tubs, please return the product (at your expense) as it arrived; unopened and with adequate packaging. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund for the total cost of products returned, provided they arrive in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on refill bags or opened or partially used items.

For Original Range products - as long as your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 0800 585 525. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations and the order must be treated as a return. We do not recommend cancelling orders via email, as these may not be seen before your order is dispatched.

For Formulate! orders - you can cancel your subscription by logging into your online account at feedmark.com and select 'Cancel'. You can cancel your subscription up to five days before your next order is due for delivery.

We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods or within 7 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address below. If you do not pay for the goods to be returned to us, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods.

Damaged or defective items

Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us as soon as possible and we will offer you a choice of: a prompt replacement; a full refund; an alternative item of the same value. Please send photos of the damaged product to [email protected] or return the damaged or defective product before we can send the replacement tub. Any issues should be reported within 14 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

 

General

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or our agents in circumstances where: (a)there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; (b)such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; (c) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions; or (d) such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits and business interruptions.
